Donald Royce Wisener

Donald “Donnie” Royce Wisener, 64, passed away peacefully at his home in Blountsville, Alabama, on January 1, 2021. Donnie had a heart of gold and lived life to the fullest. He was an artist, storyteller, songwriter, and bird enthusiast. He loved spending time with his family and friends and raising his beloved chickens. He is preceded in death by his father, Billy Royce Wisener; brothers, Billy Michael Wisener and Louie Richard Wisener; and daughter-in-law, Dana “Lou” Rambo Wisener. He is survived by his mother, Louie Frances Hernandez and Fernando Hernandez; wife, Ruby Wisener; son, Judd Wisener and Windy Boatright; daughter, Misty Lane Wisener; sisters, Nikki Snodgrass, Mia Wise, and Dianne Hafer; brother, Randy Wise and Joyce Wise; grandchildren, Emma Wisener, Champ Wisener, Adora Ralph, Drew Ralph, Levi Boatright, Tyler Boatright, and Blake Barnes; and great-grandchildren, Maliah Coots, Riley Ralph, Selah Ralph, and Cora Eccles. His family will lay him to rest in a private burial at Holly Pond Cemetery.
