Gregory Bernard Entrekin Jr.

Gregory Bernard Entrekin, Jr., 58, of Quinton, Alabama (formerly of Holly Pond), passed away on August 30, 2021. He was born April 15, 1963, in Jefferson County, Alabama, to Gregory Bernard Entrekin, Sr. and Gwen Chasteen.

Benny was a member of Hillview Baptist Church in Forestdale. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, but his passion was Alabama football.
Mr. Entrekin is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Leigh Thacker.
He is survived by his son, Jake Fuller; aunts, Carolyn Smith and Vickie Hanson (Jeff); niece, Jessica Bray; a host of cousins; and many dear friends.
A memorial service for Benny will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 2 p.m., in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel, Larry Neal officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the American Heart Association in Benny’s memory.
