Mary Elizabeth Patterson

Mary Elizabeth Patterson, 86, of Cullman, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019. She was born April 6, 1933, in Clay County, to Arthur and Erlene Brown Patterson.

Ms. Patterson is preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers and sisters.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Rhonda (Rodney) Hooper; grandchildren, Tera Bethany Hooper and Clayton Rodney Hooper; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services for Ms. Patterson are 1 p.m., Monday, December 23, 2019, in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Brooklyn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family for an hour prior to services, from 12 noon until services begin.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Hanceville Nursing Home for the care and compassion shown to Ms. Patterson.
